"This Dollar Tree allows people to steal trash and do whatever I have seen the workers do nothing but put her around and it's unsafe because of clutter and people have just deal things and people just do whatever unsafe."

"It’s ok. The staff tries their best, but it seems like they are always short staffed each time I come here. They have two self checkout stations but it doesn’t help when there are no clerks on any of the registers especially when there are people with a cart full of things that they are trying to scan one at a time. It’s hard to blame the staff because they do open up a register when they notice the line is growing- but sometimes a little too late. They said there are only two of them working and they also have to clean up spills, stock shelves, help customers, and cashier. In any case, if you come here, it may take a while for you to check out- but please be nice to the workers."

"Staff completely absent. I went in for balloons. All the inflated ones said Happy Birthday. I needed a Congrats balloon. I walked around the store looking for someone I went up front to see the flat balloons on display to pick some out. There was a long line un self-checkout but no staff in sight. I just decided to go somewhere else to get what I needed."

"I had to go there to buy cardboard for my kid's project, it was a big mistake! Of course, we know that all Dollar Tree stores you do not expect to have quality items, and they are weak in customer service; however, this store is one of the worst ones. Extremely low customer service, I can say even there is a tendency to ignore you! Believe me, inside this store, you may consider yourself in a different country and feel that you are in a totally different world and system!"

"10/30/2022 8:30-9:00 PM Manager/Shift Supervisor needs to be FIRED. She literally thought she was going to tell us at 2 minutes to 9:00 to put our stuff down and leave because she needed to count the money and the store was closed. The line was wrapped all the way around the store to the very back the self-checkout lanes were shut off and she was in the office playing on her phone while the poor cashier was trying to maintain a line to customers in that long line literally had a cart filled to the brim with items and this supposed manager did nothing to help out or alleviate the situation in fact she almost created a problem by telling people to leave. There was a lot of people in that store that had been waiting at least 30 minutes to be checked out if she had pressed the issue with making people leave it might have turned into quite a situation. She knew she wasn't going to get anywhere with the English speaking patron so I noticed she started telling the people that spoke Spanish that they needed to leave as I watched a lot of people of spanish-speaking origin walk out the door after she said something to them I also speak enough Spanish to know that's what she was saying to them. This person has no earthly idea how to run a store much less how to be an employee and should not be working with this company any longer I have added yet another place to my list that I will not patronize and I will give Amazon my money instead you raise the prices and lower the customer service yeah I'll pass"
