"Do you guys close at 7:30 or 8 on Thursdays? Because they were rushing people 30 minutes before closing to go to the checkout. Even going as far as personality telling people they are closing. I get 10 minutes before closing but 30? Really? I left and didn’t bought a thing."

"I could give -minus star, I would. This store at this location is the worst one. I love to buy from F21 but so far not this one, the employees always gossip around against each other, is messy most of the time, the lack of courtesy as well professionalism. Also, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ONLINE AND SEND THE ORDER TO THIS STORE, as far when it comes, its been almost 3 days ago that my order was "delivered" to this store and so far they only has given excuses that my order doesnt appear on their system or its invalid. They been telling me that they will call the customer services and so far nothing. Im the only one whose been doing their job to see if I can finally have my order and when it comes to customer service online, they also been saying excuses as well, each different everytime Ive called. At this point I will have to ask for my money back bc they simply dont have any empathy, very unprofessional and lazy ignorant youths working there. This is just sad and very dissapointing."

"I wish there were no stars. Today went into the forever 21 store and this my favorite place to go shopping, I usually go to the Rockaway Nj location. I went up the counter to pay he was mean to the customer before me and gave me and attitude because I forgot to mention I had a gift card. I will not allow anyone to treat me the way he treated me. No hi how are you? or did you find everything you are looking for? He also throw my gift card at the computer after he was done typing it in. I said as I left the store I will not shop at this location again. He needs to learn how be nice to people or learn customers service skills. I will not be back to this location."

"The staff asked me literally 12 times in a period of 2 minutes (I counted after the 5th time) "Hi, finding things ok? You need help with anything?" I felt very pressured and spied on. Not a good feeling. Will not return. Store was cleaned up well and staff was indeed helpful but if you see that one of your staff has already asked me if I am doing ok, don't you think you shouldn't ask again and again and AGAIN."

"Return policy, is ridiculous. I ordered on the internet, and the items did not fit my daughter right. We thought we would wait and return the items to the store when we went to Allentown. All tags are attached and we have the receipt, and they would not return the items, because it had been over 30 days. They would not even do store credit. I will not purchase from them again."
