"Some of the associates who work at this location are very rude.. I came in looking for a specific item and was told the week prior they had the item in transit and should receive it within the next week or so. I arrived at the store and was told they no longer were receiving/ expecting that item. I asked an employee who was stocking items on the floor if he could check their inventory and see if the item was still in transit and he replied with “we are no longer expecting to receive the item and we do not know what we are receiving until the truck comes.” He was very hesitant to check their incoming inventory and appeared as like it was a bother for him to do so even though I explained to him that they were able to check the inventory last week."

"Went there to try on Brooks sneakers. The man in the sneaker department was great, super helpful and personable. We went to the store in Whitehall. It was a great experience."

"Went in to buy a stadium chair, and a wonderful young lady helped me. We couldn't find it on the sales floor, she looked it up on her handheld saw they were in the back and she went and got it for me, I truly appreciate it! That is how customer service is supposed to be. Good job."
