"Unfortunately the prices have been going up every couple months. Regular books use to be $1-2 but now they go for $3-5, same goes for everything else. Movies missing discs or badly scratched up they asking $5-9 & don't even think about games they will regularly price them for $6 & up. Clothes also can go from $10-40. At this point why buy at goodwill when you can buy the same items for new at the same price."

"This place has shockingly high prices for a thrift store. They charge $3 for a hardcover children's book (and not a rare one either) and $10 for kids snow boots. These are used items! You're better off buying something new on sale than wasting time looking through here."

"Emily R was cashier and she was very unprofessional and rude. If this store is not using the goodwill cards anymore then just say that, but every time i’ve come in here they’ve asked for my card or phone number. Today i was basically scolded for asking if i should put in my number. All i did was ask.. I really don’t think i am ever going back considering the outrageous prices and rude staff. Super disappointing."

"I’ve been looking for an antique stuffed rabbit for years. Lately, goodwill does not let you purchase something if it’s missing a tag. I was so happy this was priced and tagged so I could purchase it! Literally felt like a dream come true. Of course, at check out, the bar code on the tag wasn’t appearing in the system so they would not let me purchase it. That’s not my problem? This was literally a donation to you, that someone was throwing away. Why don’t you want money? So beyond frustrating. Now god only knows if someone will cherish that item, and it’ll end up in a landfill. Get it together. Please."
