"Me and my family just moved in. This place is amazing and my kids love it. The place is huge and they absolutely love going to get hot chocolate at the clubhouse. What’s even better is the maintenance. Very nice and attentive to detail very fast at fixing and getting things done. And the management is magnificent especially Kylie, I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my kids. They love having their own room and even bathrooms. I think we will love it here."

Everyone there, the office people and maintenance, is very quick and so helpful! I’m planning on signing a lease there for the fall! Everything is so clean and up to date, you really do get what you pay for!"

"Just moved in about a month ago and any issue I’ve had has been quickly resolved thanks to maintenance and great management, the clubhouse always has a great atmosphere and friendly faces. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious with tons of closets for extra storage. I was having issues with the wifi but soon learned that they have switched it over to something new after having so many issues prior with the other company. That have great amenities here such as a pool, basketball court, volleyball court with sand, a gym, a dog park which makes taking my dogs out such a non stressful experience, and a lot of events and raffles which keeps everyone involved and allows you to get to know people that live on the property."

"If you are thinking of signing a lease at the University Village, DONT! I would do almost anything to get out of this lease and this has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I can honestly say I’d rather live in a section 8 housing than this place. Walking through my door everyday after work/school feels like a punishment. I immediately notice the Air Conditioner doesn’t work by it being 90+ in my apartment. After days of complaining, I received a temporary window AC that runs electric so that will be billed to me without any reimbursement. I have an animal that suffers through this pain with me. No matter how much you call, complain or try to beg for help, you will never receive it. Also, if you work from home or you know, try to be a good college student and do your homework while you’re at the village, you can’t. BECAUSE the wifi does not work. If you want to wash your clothes, you will be greeted by the MOLD in the washing machine that they don’t seem to care about. If you want to utilize any of your kitchen appliances, you will be greeted by damaged, malfunctioning, useless tools that make your life harder. The utility room is very filthy and you are breathing in these harmful, dangerous toxins. If you put in a work order, realize it will 1-3 weeks before they contact you. Maintenance guy is very nice, overworked and definitely underpaid which I’m assuming they only have one maintenance person to save on money. Again, section 8 housing has to be better than this place, don’t make the same mistake I did."
