"Cold, cold hotel. New thermostats in the room don't hold temperatures. If you leave for the day you can expect to come back to a room that is really cold. Multiple days I had to sit in my coat, in my room, until the thermostat caught up to a normal temp. Staff is lovely, breakfast has good variety and food quality. Pillows are good firmness, but the rooms are very cold."

"Nice location, quiet rooms on 3rd floor rear. The swimming pool is not heated, but the sauna makes up for it. decent breakfast bar."

"This hotel is overall clean and safe. You can tell it’s aging but they do their best to give it an upscale feel. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot and a decent restaurant/sports bar as well that gives 10% off to hotel guests. I was able to get an upgrade on my most recent trip and enjoyed the added space of the two room suite."

"Staff was extremely wonderful, free hot breakfast was great!! The bathroom was gross, not the cleanest. Clearly mildew/mold they tried covering up with a thick layer of chaulk. The walls had hair and sides of the bath had smutz. The bathroom does not have a fan, hence all the moisture. All four of us in the family were hacking and sneezing in the middle of the night, air in the room, and the carpet just felt really gross. The AC and carpet most likely need a deep cleaning. You could also hear all of the foot traffic outside, doors slamming."
