"I've lived here for 15 years, I'm 19, and I can tell you this place is mostly horrible in my experience. Everything said about the unsupervised children is true. And none of them show any respect for you or your apartment. You could walk through various hallways in some building and see writing on the walls, or even trash under the stairs. I've even had a kid hit the screen of my window, just to try and hit one of my cats. While on the topic of cats, I had 2 of them here for a little over three years. I was told I had to get rid of them, or I could be evicted. I even tried to plead with them in the main office for more time so I could get a document stating I need them, and I was denied. (This was over a year ago) The "no pet" policy isn't real, I've got a document from the office itself stating "Dogs must remain on a leash and supervised." So why did they make me rehome my cats? One of the ladies working in the office was allergic. (I only know this because I asked when they came to my door) So if that is the reason I had to lose my babies, shame on you. Making someone get rid of there pet is like losing a family member. So thank you so so much for the emotional damage and stress I've been through since then. Back to the apartments themselves, they're small. So if you are thinking about moving here note that down. I live in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment here. Both the bathroom and kitchen are tiny, the living room is ok, as are the bedrooms. There is a closet in each room, and a smaller closet with shelves in the bathroom hallway. The kitchen pantry honeslty has more walking room than the kitchen itself. Family gathering for christmas are terrible here if more than 8 people show up. I recommend living here if you have a low income job, your rent is based on your income. You'll just have to deal with the many negatives that come with these apartments. The good thing is the area of which these apartments are at. The schools are very close ranging from K-12. The parks and basketball courts are a plus if you have kids, just make sure you watch them. There is occasionally wildlife, raccoons, deer, skunks, bears, possums, foxes, etc... You wont see them that often unless you live in a building near the woods, but there are times I've seen a skunk or possum near the park. There are a lot of stray cats in this area, probably because of their "policy". The strays have been here for years, and the number of them is only increasing. There are good people who feed them, some of them have even been fixed. But then there are the people who try to hurt them, a lot of those people being kids. So please, keep an eye on your children. Parking can sometimes be crowded, and don't be surprised if you leave for an hour and your parking spot was taken. Appart from some of the people who have worked in the main office, the maitnence men are nice. Never really had one complaint about them. I've known some of them for most of my life. They'll leave a notice at your door stating when they'll be here, and what they're going to be here for. When it comes to your door itself. If you use amazon, or anything that ships directly to your door. Be weary of thieves, I've personally had a few packages stolen. When I was younger, I've even had my bike stolen out of the hallway overnight. I've seen some reviews stating that the place is "calm and quiet", it's not. 2 Stars because it's affordable for the less fortunate, would've been 1 if not. "They are very racist. when u have an emergency they don't answer the phone at all even when there isn't an emergency. kids are always trashing the place. they are always messing with the animals around there and kill them. The kids knock on doors and then take off. Constantly tapping on the windows. Telling you that you can't have animals when their policy says u can. If u need a new appliance they will not replace at all until you move out.they say u need a doctors note to have animals. Kids are running around with foul language and unsupervised."

"What a joke! Front office staff is horrible. NOTHING gets done. They make excuses when you ask why basic maintenance issues have not been addressed. They act like you're the problem. Some people that live there are ok, but you see alot of unattended kids running around using foul language, throwing garbage around, some of the buildings the hallways are a mess, people are nasty & lazy seems like they just leave their mess and wait for someone else to clean it up. But they are allowed to get away with it. This is unfortunately why public housing gets such a stigma because whoever "runs the place" they don't care who or what lives and goes on there; they have a guaranteed rent check from all those apartments every month from the government. Even some of the other reviews I've read. All nice and apologetic, let's talk about it-give us a call. Don't be fooled, they don't care."

"Quiet place and Better than most of the Housing Projects I being in. One the Weekend most of the visitors trash the place by littering, I guess since they don't live there they don't care."

"Nice complex, too many kids running around wild everywhere and no parents to be found watching them smh, with people driving through like there's no stop signs or kids to look out for, a recipe for disaster!!!"
