"The overall service was curtious with being offered a drink and a massage, however the guy that did my pedicure seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. I shouldn't have to intervene in each step telling him what to do. To start, I had gel polish on my toes for like 2 months now and he just drilled my toe nails downs and made them very thin and he did not remove all of the previous gel. I got regular polish this service and you can see all the drill ridges that he created. Not a smooth look. Being that I am a nail tech, he didn't even buff my toe nails at all. He ruined the square shape of my toenails and now they are rounded , when I specifically asked for square. I have lots of cuticles and skin left on my feet, it was just terrible. I will never will I go here again."
