"Usually, I receive awesome service there. They have always been friendly, and remember my name, which is nice. However this time the lady ( not sure her name, but it was not the owner) didn't quite do as great as job as I'm used to. I asked for the caleous remover pedicure, but she didn't even apply any caleous remover gell. She used a cheese grater, and it made my feet way more rough than they were when I came in. She put only I coat of polish on my toes, and she talked to the other lady the entire time. Probably will give it one last time if I call ahead and ask for the owner."

I've been to many places in my time of Mani's and Pedi's and I haven't found anyone as skilled as Lisa at Prefection Nails."
