"Visited this place at Christmas time 2023, been to The Grove City outlets, as Christmas time all nearby hotels are pricey, so drive 35KM to 40KM from Grove city, motel located in small town, with all amenities near by, owner is so helpful and kind, has hot water and all rrwuire facilities of winter time, good experience interms of Motel, Manager/ owner Shailesh is exceptionally excellent service provider. "Very rude over the phone. These people don't speak English as their first language and they are very short with simple questions. Also, $100 deposit. Good luck getting your deposit back and trusting such an establishment. You could be pinged for any charge even if you are completely innocent of not smoking in your room."

"Tv wouldn't change the Chanel was stuck on the news station then lost signal ask the lady at the desk for a new TV she said sorry no new TV we are all booked and clearly they were not. My husband and I stayed in room 101 do not recommend broken shower fixtures and the fridge barely kept things cold."
