"I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size ( actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit."
"Great sales, amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful! And look at this amazing new find coming out next week! Bulldog approved!! ❤️"
"This store has the worst customer services towards minorities. They would greet a Caucasian customer right behind me and don't say anything even if they pass by me. I would understand if it's just one time but it happens every time I'm there. Are they all trained that way?"
"I usually love shopping here but unfortunately today will be the last time I walk into this store. When I was browsing, I saw a pink JCrew vest on one of the display tables, tried it on and was planning on purchasing it. I then asked for help for some tights and the sales person I was talking to cut me off and asked “where did you get that vest?” I said I picked it up from one of the tables. She said “that’s my vest.” I was really confused and said oh I’m sorry it was with the clothes so I thought it was for sale. She said “everyone always tries to take my vest. I took it off while I was working.” And then walked away. So I’m supposed to know the clothes on the display tables at the store are actually your personal items resting about? I had two other sweaters in my hand and took a minute to figure out what just happened when she walked back up to me and said “we don’t sell that anymore that was my vest.” I just stared at her like honestly? The stupidest conversation I’ve ever been a part of. No help for what I was actually looking for. Very rude for what should have been an embarrassing mistake on her part, not mine. I promptly left what I was planning on buying on the table and walked out of the store. That location is no longer getting my business."
