"Went back to school shopping with my two daughters. Store was empty when we came in. The one woman working was on a personal phone call the entire time we were in the store. We had shoes in our hands, waiting for her so we could try them on. Another family walks in - she immediately goes over to get shoe after shoe for them while still on the phone without saying a word to us or attempting to help. Can't actually believe how rude this person was to completely ignore us - we put the shoes down, and walked out - never to return."
