"I loved this place great for the teenagers but when old pupkin people walk into the store i am greetly unpleased with the site of wrinkles doodoo hair. After an old fart has walked into my humble hangout place i want death. The skateboards are very nice and have a large selection although NOT MANY SIZES. The changing rooms are very large and homey, easy to have sexual intercourse within the changing rooms. SO MANY CLOTHES MY HEAD WAS spINNING. I loved the fact how they put there clothes. RIp n dip, thrasher, empyre, davus, champion, they got it all my homie slicer. If your straight gay a skater or a hipster you'll love the place i highly recommend visiting this specific zumiez store as it is highly sexy."

"I have been to zumiez stores in different states. It surprised me everytime i went to the one in New Jersey we had a great experience. I ordered shoes online one time and only one shoe was sent with the order but it was corrected and all was good. We now shop at the local zumiez at the Montgomery mall in North Wales PA and I have to say I'm highly disappointed. We have been there on multiple occasions and it's just one horrible experience after another. The young people you hire are pathetic and don't care one bit about customer service. It's pretty disgusting when you know the kind of money people spend to shop in your stores. We have never received a greeting. We get ignored like we are not even there, there is no asking if we need help even if we obviously look like we need help. When we purchase stuff there are never any words spoken. I had about enough of it. The young girl who was working on March 16th of this year was only concerned with flirting with a couple young boys, it must be nice to get paid to not work and play around. Who is monitoring these kids because their work ethic and customer service is poor. The boy at the register could care less. Store number 00212 should be closed because they could care less if they have customers or not. We have other options and don't have to buy from zumiez, we just initially liked zumiez and would hope somehow the customer service would become better but what incentive do we have to come back when we can't even receive a basic greeting? Just some decent customer service would be greatly appreciated."

"Came in looking for shoes that were a certain light tan shade of any brand. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I didn't like anything they had in stock, they looked on the Zumiez website and told me about other stores that might have what I wanted and in my preferred brand. So even though I didn't buy anything, it was a great experience."

"the salesman at this location followed my girlfriend and I soon as we entered this store to each and evey rack we stopped at. I refused to purchase anything she got 2 hats. this is the last time I'll be going to this zumies location treating ur customers like they stole something at the door is crazy. I still like zumies but never again Montgomery mall never again"
