"We liked Tim from the start. We spent a long time on the phone with him, asking all sorts of questions, which he answered patiently and candidly. No BS. Our 1 year old dog stayed with him for boarding only for a week, and already came back to us calmer. Then we opted for the 10-day Camp to get him properly trained. On the pick up day, Tim spent 2 hours with us teaching how we should continue with the education and training showing what we should do, fixing what we were not doing right, and demonstrating how to make our dog learn and follow our commands. He also sent us some literature over the email, and is very open to keep in touch by answering questions and boarding Ringo. Definitely recommend Tim's service."
