"Michelle the assistant manager was VERY nice and SUPER informative. She helped me link up my new hallmark card with the online account. (I'm not tech savvy) She was patient with me and walked me through everything. On top of it all when we hit a wall she entered her own number so I could get my free mini card of the month. Selflessness like this is rare in this day and age. Michelle was amazing and as a new member w countless Hallmarks to choose from in the area I will ONLY come to this one going forward. I hope she gets recognized by her superiors bc she was awesome."
