"Dealing with the deli department has always been a grueling experience, tonight was the end of me shopping at Giant. I asked the Deli Manager a simple question while he’s mopping the floor behind the counter and I got a one word answer with attitude and a turned back. There are always few registers open, the employee of the month is self checkout. I’ll gladly spend more money at another food store to get better service."
"Use to shop here as my main store but over time they have diminished. Always running out of items and not just those on-sale. Staff is nice enough but not worth it if I have to shop at several stores for my weekly.meals."
"Terrible. Put a pick up order in with giant direct. Called them for 20 minutes, called customer service, giant direct, and the extension for the on-duty manager... NO one answered any ANY extension for over 20 minutes as I sat in my car with screaming kids. Went inside finally to ask what was going on, they promised to get my order out asap. Went back to my car and sat for another 25 minutes!!! Everytime we come here, it's totally disarray. Never again."

"This Giant is a good place for grocery shopping! Prices are about even with the Redners we go to. Sometimes they are out of the ground turkey they we buy but overall a great grocery store. They have a Starbucks coffee shop in the store and the gas rewards are a plus."
