"If I could give a minus 10 rating I would. This is the WORST place ever. Plan on being there for at least a THREE HOUR WAIT. I ALWAYS ask for the FIRST MORNING APPOINTMENT but this does not matter. They always call & try to reschedule. When I got there for the FIRST MORNING APPOINTMENT, I walked I to SIX PEOPLE WAITING. This was after I was called and asked if I could come at 9:00am instead of the 8:00am appointment i originally scheduled because she had something to do and had to move everyone later. I was then told Dr. Malik had to change her schedule YET AGAIN and fit people in early. What about my schedule? Once your eyes are dilated, plan on another 45 minutes waiting back in the waiting room even though it only takes 20 minutes for them to dialate. I'm always told "this is the way a retinologist office is". That's the way an office is mismanaged. I would not recommend this place AT ALL."
"I had an appointment at 210pm in the afternoon. I went into the back at 230pm to do the 2 minutes eye tests they gave me. I was sent out to the waiting room. At 3pm, an hour after I arrived, I asked how much longer. I was told another 20-30 minutes. So that would mean for an appointment at 210pm, not to see the doctor until 330pm? Who in their right mind has 90 minutes to wait to even see the doctor for a follow up appointment?? I complained at the desk and was told that I need 90 minutes scheduled to do an eye appointment. I WILL NEVER go back here, as my time is valuable. Apparently they have an over booking problem and I will take my care else where. Don't go here unless you have time to waste in their overcrowded waiting room and uncomfortable chairs."
"Downgraded from 4 to 2. Reason: Over the past year of three visits I've suffered inexplicably long waits, well past scheduled appointment times. And this seems worsened by the fact that you must (in most cases) be dilated, guaranteeing a second wait in the waiting room before finally seeing the doctor. Office is poorly run and seems to lack conscientiousness on behalf of patients."
"Very thorough and friendly people. Been treated by them for 10 years. Very professional."
"I called and set up an appointment explaining in detail my vision problems which would have required seeing both a cornea and a retina specialists. I arrived at my appointment and paid my copay saw a doctor and had some test and was told I would have to make another appointment to see the second doctor who supposably was not there and I would be required to pay a second copay and my insurance would be billed a second time. They knew when the appointment was made that it probably required 2 specialists and yet only 1 was set causing additional expense for me and my insurance company. This was a obvious double billing tactic."
