"It might have been the rush of valentines day, but its no excuse for $180 flowers to be delivered wilting. I called the shop to check if some mistake had been made. The owner himself delivered it and stated that they looked fine. He said if I was unhappy they could deliver a second but he never so much as acknowledged that wilting flowers on delivery was unexpected. He said they looked good to him, so I never followed up for a replacement. They were completely dead in 2 days. Owners response says it all. No apology, if you don't like them it must be your fault that you are unhappy. It must be the fault of the lobby where they sat for 2 minutes. It must be the fault of the measly $180 you paid because that's small and they "didn't look that bad". It's your fault for not wanting a second set, the day after Valentine's day. If only he spent half as much energy in customer service as he did going through the internet history of strangers."
