"I was disappointed by the potted plant I ordered from their website and the customer service. The container of the potted pothos was lower quality than advertised. It came in a cheap basket and my personal note looked like it was printed on the back of a receipt. No one responded to the messages and emails I left inquiring about a container replacement. I had to call a bunch of times until someone answered the phone. Eventually was able to get it replaced because I happened to be in town from CA and went to the shop myself. I knew there’d be variations in the final product since they have their substitution policy online and they partner with other shops for deliveries outside their immediate service area in McLean (this one was from University Flower Shop). However, I was disappointed at how cheap and last minute it looked as a gift. It was not “equal or higher value” as promised in their substitution policy."
