"I called to order flowers for a birthday. I said I’d like a total order of $50, the woman who answered said it’s a $65 minimum. I was taken aback by this as it seems to me what I want to spend should be what I spend. That being said I was like well okay that’s fine (it wasn’t but whatever she wasn’t gonna budge) she takes all of my info of who to deliver them to, my payment info and says there is $5 delivery charge (the delivery was a mile away) so that will be $70 plus tax. So my minimum of $50 I wanted to spend is now $74.20. I have never encountered this from any other flower shop I have done business with. I always say how much I want to spend and that is what I spend! I will never purchase from this business again. Very disappointed."

"I have been to this shop on three different occasions. I purchased a number of plants all times I’ve shopped there. First time I was there, one of the plants had a price on the pot. At the register, I was told that wasn’t the right price and she charged me $10 more. The third time I was there a pot was marked $10 and she said “this isn’t $10 it’s $25” For that to happen once, ehh, OK. but to change prices 2 out of the 3 times I was there - something just isn’t right with that. Sadly, I’ll never shop there again despite having a pretty good selection."

"Terrible customer service. My order was canceled because, and I quote, “It’s not worth it for us to deliver to that gated community.” No where on their website does it state that there are areas they will not deliver to. They had no problem charging my credit card, yet didn’t have the decency to call me directly to inform me of the canceled order. Instead I received an email in my junk mail folder that I obviously didn’t see until it was too late. When I called the day after my flowers never showed up, there was not even an apology. Just excuses and a very irritated employee. Very surprising considering all I did was place an order for flowers that were never delivered. And it took almost a week for a refund to show on my credit card."
