Flowers came a day later than expected—I wasn’t sure they were coming at all—and the arrangement included multiple lilies despite asking specifically for anything but (we have a cat). Flowers are pretty and she was very happy, but as the buyer I am still disappointed in the product and experience. Should have looked more closely at the reviews—big red flag."
