"I talked with all 3 associates in the store, all were very rude and put out by the fact that I asked them a question. When it came time to check out two of the associates were by the registers, neither asked if I was ready to check out. I finally had to ask what register was open, the third associate came over to ring up my purchases. Then one of the girls rang out another customer. I would not shop in a Childrens place store. I loved that store but since the pandemic the employees are extremely rude. This store was at the Crossings in Tannersville, Pa. I do believe this was probably the worst shopping experience I ever had."

"I had such a positive experience at this store 5/2021. I regret not coming to this location sooner. Sandy handled my returns with patience and grace. She maneuvered like a well seasoned veteran. Giving me tid bits of information about the brand and how things work on "their" side. I had such a pleasant experience that I feel compelled to frequent this store over the 2 others that are much closer to me where I reside. Thank you Sandy and staff :)"

"The staff is great, except for the new store manager Heather. She is very rude and unprofessional. She antagonizes customers for no reason and she's more worried about herself and the hours she works than representing the brand correctly and making the store money. Heather shouldn't even work in customer service, much less run a whole store. I used to go all the time but I refuse to shop at this location as long as she's there!"

"This is one of our favorite places for the girls’s clothing. Great designs and the girls love the fashion which says a lot. Unfortunately no trial room which is why no 5 stars. Attendants are pleasant and helpful."
