"Normally, I get great service from those working the Hazeltine 7-Eleven, the food is always great; but, today was a slight exception. The young man who packed the 4 hot-dogs in the brown bag for me, tore the side out in the bag. When I asked for the larger one with handles he refused and said those were only for delivery. He didn't offer to sell one to me either. I told him I had a mile to walk home and all he did was hand me another brown paper bag. When I tried to put the torn bag into that bag, that bag also tore. He just turned and went onto the next customer. I had to cradle the torn bag all the way home so I wouldn't loose the contents. That's not the kind-of service anyone ought to receive at a 7-Eeven and I just wanted to say something."

"This 7-11 is locally owned and the man who owns it is incredibly nice. He’s always super helpful especially now with the whole pandemic. He sanitizes everything and makes sure customers are comfortable. He even let me get an item real quick right before close. This is the friendliest and only 7-11 i’ll go to in Jamestown."

"Got greeted with a smile when I came through door. I wanted to get something for lunch instead of eating at home but didn't know what I wanted and the worker suggestive sold some things including their new Sriracha Boneless Chicken Skewers. Those tasted awesome and had came out fresh out of the oven! They were fully cooked, juicy, and flavorful. I also got their blueberry coffee and added honey flavoring. I thought the coffee was perfectly brewed. I stayed in store to eat at their eating area. I don't play Quick Draw, but if one was into playing that they could while in store. All of the workers seemed friendly and nice. Very pleasant and clean store."
