"I have ordered from Pizza Express for many years and it was one of our family favorites. However they have declined severely. The menu is incorrect the food we have ordered for years they don't offer any more. Very few options any more very disappointed. As well as the service of some staff is very unfriendly, was attempting to place an order and everything I chose from their menu was no longer available and then the staff interrupted my order to answer the phone and ends up placing me on hold to take care of a new caller then disconnected my call. Very unfriendly. It seems that Pizza Express doesn't need customer s and no longer care to provide restaurant services. They should be ashamed. Very very disappointed"

"10/10 for the patience. I call the store to order a pizza, there’s chaos going on in the background, phones ringing, timers going off, I hear a man yelling. Come to find out, that man accidentally got cut with the knife. The man I’m on the phone with, it’s only him and the other guy at work who cut himself. I have to count cash to make sure I have enough to pay for my friend’s pizza’s, I feel awful the whole time. This guy staying on the phone with me while working, keeping his calm and professionalism. I know it’s their job but it should not be this rough, get this man a promotion and management do better for your employees please. Every time I get food from this area, they do exceptional."

"I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered food and was told 30-35 minutes for delivery. I called after an hour and was told it was on its way. I called again 20 minutes later and was told it’s still on its way. I called back after almost 2 hours and listened to the delivery driver SCREAM in the background that they were here and knocked on the door. They didn’t go to the back door like I told the person I spoke with twice and apparently took my phone number incorrectly as well. All of the staff was just yelling at each other in the background while my card was being refunded and then I was told the “boss man” helped the guy on the phone out and the card is all refunded. So I requested to speak with him and told him how unprofessional and unsatisfactory the whole experience was and he scoffed said he was sorry, told me to have a good night and hung up on me. How sad! I’ll stick with Lena’s!"

"The hot wing aren't just hot to be hot they have FLAVOR. They taste good with heat. OMG yum. Amazing. Pizza express has been around for years. I usually get the ham grandwich with the works but I wanted wings and WOW. UPDATE: 11/14/22 ordered personal supreme pizza; 2 grandwiches and fingers. Y'all did I again. Edit: they gave me a turkey grandwich instead of ham they fixed it promptly."
