"A little heavy on the salt for the fries but I'm not complaining (I ate them) bc I came through the drive thru with a mobile order. I wanted and had chosen for them to bring it to my car via the app. Well, the app glitched and when I pulled up to the numbered spot it wouldn't accept the fact I was there etc. I waited and tried to get it to work for about 5 minutes before going through the drive thru. Everyone, including the store manager, was SUPER helpful and accommodating."

"2 small fries were completely soggy like they were only dropped for a second, or like if something spilled on them. Im talking REALLY soggy. Super nasty and unacceptable. If mcdonalds employees would like a higher wage they should focus on doing their jobs properly."

"What a scam. So I have ordered off their app twice and both times got half my food. Tonight I put in an order at 6pm around that time on Sunday Dec 3rd. First off they can't read the order cause the food I got was all done wrong and then the rest was just missing. Someone who actually knows how to do their job and run a team needs to be in charge. Your whole team needs to be trained to actually do the orders right. And don't bother calling cause they know the team is lazy and doesn't do anything right so they don't answer their phone to avoid doing their jobs the right way."

"This place just within the last 6-7 months has gotten soooo bad! The employees are rude and disrespectful, quite a few don’t speak great English, the manager Gloria is rude! Every time I go there my order is messed, so I have to go back! I am calling tomorrow and something better be done! There is no reason my order is messed up EVERYTIME! Get it together McDonald’s!"

"3/16/22 @ 8:30 pm. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 10 minute wait at the front counter to place an order. Nobody in the restaurant at the time. After the order was placed I took a second to actually look around and I was mortified. The interior was disgusting, messy, sticky, and nobody cared. A manager was on location at the time of my visit and I’m almost certain she saw me take a few of these pictures. She didn’t say anything, instead she was in a circle of other employees chatting. I highly suggest patronizing one of the other locations within the city or in Lakewood."
