"Our daughter attended Walnut Hill College. Our daughter did enjoy and learn from the Chefs and Professors. However, the administration leaves a lot to be desired! We received paperwork and cost when we went to tour the school. Our daughter was able the us the GI Bill that my husband transferred to her. Everything was completed on our end for the VA, however a month into the first semester paperwork had not be submitted by the school and I had to call and email repeatedly and this continued the 18 months she was there. With the GI Bill we should have had to pay out of pocket no more than $2,000 a year. At the end of the 2nd year we got a $18,000 bill. When we asked for a break down of where the money went no one would send us one. Our daughter graduated, we had to pay the bill and we still don’t have a break down. Our daughter was not the only person to get a bill like this! In the middle of all of this we found out the school is also on heightened cash monitoring with the VA, and they had been on warning by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges. When we asked about these issues we never got answers. This would be a great school if it was run by the administration a little better."
"I was here for a private event and the students and instructors did an amazing job with everything. Food was outstanding and fantastic service."
"Delightful staff, excellent food, a wonderful dining option in University City. Their pastry shop is heavenly & prices are the best you can find anywhere! Still one of the best kept secrets in UC! Most think it is only a school & don't realize all the great food they have for sale or eat in."
"Great service. Good selection. Beautiful atmosphere. Great parking. A wonderful experience."
"Wow, this is a beautiful place to eat and the entire restaurant is gorgeous on the inside, decorated so interestingly. We were left in awe. The service was very good in both the restaurant and the pastry shop! They do their job well despite how busy it can get! The food is delicious and the students who prepare it are courteous. Prices are great for what you get!"
