"My daughter and I just completed Frank's comprehensive bartending course yesterday. Not only do we feel fully prepared for stepping behind the bar, we had a great time learning our craft. If you're considering taking a course to learn how, East Coast School of Bartending is the place to do it. You'll be learning from a man with many years of experience in the hospitality industry, and that experience translates into a wealth of education through storytelling. Information is power in any industry, and tending bar is no different. Frank's teaching style was very effective for us, and it's one of the reasons we were able to take in and retain all the rules, recipes and cutting edge practices that we were given. The man truly cares about what he does, and if you take the course seriously, he will go to the wall to help you through. Know also that this is not an easy course. While it's wonderful to spend two weeks and under $400 to learn a new career, it's intense. You'll still have to do your life while in school, and it can be a time challenge to juggle everything at once. It does go quickly, though, and we really had fun and made new friends.
