"I visited a newer ANP, Bradley, at the practice yesterday & had a thorough visit! Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the professionalism & care given to me as a patient. I went in to review some questions I had from another specialist and Brad took his time to figure out my prescription needs. While I was there, my blood pressure was a bit high. Both the Med Assistant & he retook it several times & on both arms after I sat for a bit-Still high. Brad spent extra time to look back into my chart history to see my BP trends. We discussed options of medication, diet & exercise, as well as, he told me about resources available at the local hospital I could benefit from. I’m sure there wasn’t a lot of extra time to talk this through, but Brad did so & didn’t make me feel like “just a number.” My family has been with the Aygen’s for over 20 years—This practice is full of caring & compassionate doctors. I will not go anywhere else!"

Words cannot express our gratitude for all they have done to take care of our children. The professionalism, expertise, care and compassion, wit, and overall health education is evident at each and every visit. Our boys still get a kick out of the ‘invisible’ vaccines. "Found this provider through my insurance company website as an in network provider. Aygen pediatrics processed our claim using a tax ID from another facility? My wife has spent hours trying to fix this processing fiasco for hours over the course of weeks to no avail. Meanwhile the matter has been sent to collections and the collection company is calling my home after the kids are in bed over and over. Trying to call this office is a waste of time if ever there was one. If you do manage to get through, be prepared to sit on hold for a good 10-15 minutes - utter disorganization, absolutely abysmal. I see other reviews who have had the same experience with billing and insurance.This experience was so bad, we travel 1.5 hours to our old pediatrician in RedBank."
