"Horrible company who cares about nothing more than taking on as many clients as possible to bill insurance, state, or fed government for services. They will always recommend someone for treatment regardless of the fact the person has no issues especially if it's a state or fed client which guarantees them big money. Actually in process of filing state complaints & lawsuit as to the practice they employ. Sent someone to 3 different psychiatrist all deemed person did not need any type of treatment. But when they were seen by Oaks a simple intake counselor without the level of experience of a psychiatrist recommended the person receive treatment there on taxpayers dime without the person having any issues. That person isn't the only person either..."

"I tried Oakes after I had a hospitalization, and I was really excited about the program. They rescheduled and just DIDNT schedule my appointments on multiple occasions with the psychiatrist, and when I finally got to speak with him and scheduled a follow up, I tried to call to get the zoom link and they’d told me ID BEEN DISCHARGED FROM THE PROGRAM without ever setting foot in their care center. I give up in Oakes, just go to Legacy."

"Not a good place to go if you are having a mental health crisis. Told me they couldn't help me and they were rude. They didn't listen to me at all. All they care about is if you can pay. Don't waste your time."

"Went to two different office locations for a walk in appointment in the same day. Both places didn’t take me for an appointment. I was sent to the first place after I had called, turns out they don’t do walk ins. The second place claimed walk in the appointments were from 9-2 first come first serve, even though the website says until 5pm. Before even coming to the walk in appointments I had to call almost a dozen times. Staff did not help or guide me in any sort of direction. Very unprofessional. It’s a shame mental health is “first come first serve”."

"This pleace doesnt need a star review it needs a bad review. The staff there was so rude and the people there steal from you so watch what you take if you don't want it stolen from you .. they say they will help you with whatever you need help with but they total lie about it. You have to be a drug user in order to get help there. They say it's for mental health and drug addiction but I didn't see them help with no mental health problems. They only give extensions out to people who don't need it."
