"Will never shop here again after the experience we had yesterday. Bought 2 Lost Marry disposable vapes. Anyone who smokes the disposables knows they are supposed to come out of the package fully charged. The employee told us to test them before leaving to make sure they worked. We did, my fiancés worked perfectly fine, but mine was dead. We informed the employee it didn’t work and he told us it needed to be charged. We told him they are supposed to come out of the package fully charged. He began to argue with us and told us “you need to charge it it will work”. We also pointed out the fact that there was a black hair stuck in the bottom of the vape. He tried telling us it was my hair. Mind you I have brown hair and a red beard. This hair was BLACK. We asked him to replace the vape because it didn’t work and he kept telling us no and that I broke it because I was the one who opened it. We asked to speak with the manager and he of course said he was the manager. After going back and forth with us he finally gave us a new one then told us to never come back. Don’t worry you’ll never see us again. Whoever this employee was who worked Saturday August 19 around 11 AM needs to be fired."
"I went there when my fiancée was getting our car inspected. the smoke cottage was huge. the service was excellent. the employee was very kind & was willing to conversate a little. this is another place I would definitely suggest for cigarette smokers to go to for really cheap cigarettes. if I'm in the neighborhood again I will come & visit & buy a pack of cigarettes. thank you for being so kind. sincerely, Lord Raygon"
"I went here for the first after leaving the shop across the street ( which I will never go to again )and had a good experience. The guy Ryan that works here was very nice and helpful when I was deciding what I wanted. I would recommend going here just because of the customer service."
