"I went to Weis two days ago to pick up a propane tank. They had "sold out" on pieces of paper on each machine, although, there were plenty in each. I went inside to ask when they would get more in. The young lady at customer service said she had, "no idea". The next day I went to the store to pick up a few items. The sold out signs had been removed. When my girlfriend went in, I told her to ask about it. A new person at the desk said they had plenty available and hadn't gotten any new tanks since the previous day. Now, I will assume they used the sold out signs in expectation of a busier than normal day. However, lying to customers just because you are short staffed, busy, etc. is unacceptable. They won't be getting my business. I'll drive the extra 15 to Home Depot. Do better."
"I shop at this Weis so much it might as well be my second home. It is so close and convenient to my house. Their brand products are great and priced fair. The workers are very help and friendly especially Patrick. I go out of my way to talk to Patrick."
