"I made an appointment online to get a vaccine and showed up 10 minutes early. I STILL had to wait over 20 minutes to get it. And they were not even busy…."
"Really upset with this place. Pretty much all CVS’ at this point. I dropped off a prescription before 1pm and was given a time of 4:30pm. I get to the pharmacy at 5:15 and it’s STILL not processed or ready. I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for them to “quickly” process, only to find they hadn’t run it on my insurance. Mind you, I’ve been to CVS before and filled. So my insurance was up to date. But for some reason they didn’t process and I had to wait EVEN LONGER for them to process. This is so ridiculous! My experience every time I come into a stand alone CVS has been terrible. On top of that, I walked in to the pharmacy tech fussing loudly at the pharmacist. So unprofessional. I understand you don’t want to look crazy, but to be speaking like that while customers are looking and listening in is sad."
"Made an appointment by phone for a covid shot almost two weeks ago. Showed up today at my appointed hour and was told they have no covid shots. They said that if there inventory runs out the computer cancels appointments, but that someone was supposed to call. No one called. I spent a good amount of time driving there and driving home. While there the person behind the counter said, "no one in the area has them", to which two people behind me said, "giant has them, another said costco has them", lady behind the counter had nothing else to say. Very unprofessional for what should be a professional service."
"One of my favorite stores. Makeup galore and health items and knowledgeable staff. However the downside is they aren't very speedy on filling scripts especially ones called in by a physician. It sometimes takes 2 days for them to complete the order."
"My child had an oral surgery and the provider called in a painkiller to pick up after. Once I arrived and waited in line for 10 or 15 minutes, I was told it wasn’t ready yet and that they were really busy. She suggested to come back in 2 or 3 days for it. Despite the fact that my daughter just had the surgery a couple hours before that. Absurd that they should suggest to come back for a prescription once it would be past the need of it."
