"Worst experience I ever had. The infusion nurse Suzanne (Sue M) is miserable and incompetent. She is forceful with IV insertion and will leave track marks and scarring. You are supposed to cycle IV sites. Office is outdated old chemo infusion chairs with no cushion. Not Covid compliant as you will be sitting in a room full of other patients."
