"They never answer the phone. They reschedule appointments without confirmation and are ALWAYS running behind and short staffed. The staff is rude and multiple times prescriptions have not been called in. You shouldn't have to drive to the office because THEY NEVER answer the phone!!"

"If could I would give them a negative 10 review. I went there with my home aide , first when we get there. I said good morning and they didn’t answer back, then I asked for where to sign in and they ignore me. I’m Hispanic- American from Puerto Rico and I spoke two languages very well and my home is American as me. They keep us there more than two hours, just to the vitals. Then the doctor disrespected me and my home aide. Let me say that they should close that place. Also if it is the concerning about money, I have a great private health insurance and money to pay as others. Racism is what you can find at that place."

"Has North American Spine and Pain finally moved forward in the right direction? I have not been a fan since day one. Over the years, it has been downright infuriating, trying to communicate directly with the office in my area. No return calls. You have to schedule an appointment, sit in a crowded waiting room, and witness firsthand the mismanaged front end to speak to anyone. No, they will not answer calls at individual locations. A centralized call center abruptly and often rudely will schedule an appointment for you to ask the assistant or doctor a question. Corporate medicine at its worst. Why do I not go to another office/clinic? Doctor. While they still will not answer questions on the phone, it seems they may be finally improving the on-site experience. I now understand you have to attend monthly appointments even if you are not seeking pain medication. I have procedures done at an outpatient surgical center at regular intervals. My questions have been general questions of how often can I have the procedure done and what the next step will be when this is no longer successful."

"They have a policy that if you're 10 minutes late they reschedule you but you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours to see a nurse practitioner (not a Dr.) for your prescription's. This pain management (meaning the patients are in pain) and when you complain they just say oh well what can I do.Specifically As a who is just incompetent and clueless. The office staff is use less they don't return calls, they don't resolve problems (such as your prescription wasn't sent) mine and my wife's prescription's are both never sent the day of the appointment always have to call or go there in person for something that was supposed to be done.The only nice thing I can say is Dr.Bruno is excellent in every way except he doesn't own this practice ."

"It has been a pretty shaky experience for me so far. Dr. Bruno was great and I have high confidence in him. I have been waiting on a prior authorization for 11 days now. I’ve had to make several trips to the facility to get answers to questions that could have easily been done over the phone. I would really recommend a patient portal and someone who can actually answer questions on the phone, especially to guide new patients on what to do and where to go."
