"First and foremost, Dr. Ciccone was fantastic. Pragmatic, warm, professional, and great! She made me feel very comfortable during my exam, and the person who did my intake and chaperoned during my exam was kind, funny, and thorough. Jefferson, however, managed to spell my name incorrectly twice after I wrote and typed it down, corrected my medical forms, etc and also used a phone number that never belonged to me. I arrived at the office and was told "oh, you can't see *doctor I scheduled an appointment with* because she doesn't specialize in those issues. Can you come back in a few hours for another doctor?" When I wanted to schedule the initial appointment, I searched the condition on Jefferson's website, and my original provider showed up. The staff at reception said they tried to call me, but as the system had some random number from Ohio as my number, I didn't receive a call. Oddly enough, I did get a robocall and text for my appointment confirmation... This wasn't the doing of the reception staff, but rather Jefferson's database and interface is utterly terrible. It's frustrating for the patients and the staff (who said they were fully aware of the glitches in the system). I'm fortunate enough to have been able to be seen same day, but yeah, Jefferson's system is terrible."

"Started going here six years ago and I love it. All the doctors are really nice and supportive. I don't understand the negative reviews with the front desk staff, in my experience, they've always been courteous and professional."

"Dr.Penn is the best! She understood my concerns and showed care and empathy during my visit. She took her time to explain and answer my questions in a very understandable language/visuals and did not rush me. She talked to me throughout the whole procedure and made it a positive experience unlike most providers at the office. I’ve had visits/procedure done by 3 other providers in the past including (Wisz, Klemens, Rice) and Penn is absolutely the best. I wanted to add this info so others can see and use as reference: Klemens is "rushy" and does not educate/discuss things in depth which I did not like. Rice was unprofessional, showed unpreparedness for my visit and rushed me when I wanted to discuss about my lab results."

"I changed to this OBGYN while trying to get pregnant because my old OB was leaving. The care and support I have had has been amazing. I had a terrible miscarriage last year with my first pregnancy, the Doctors and nurses were there for every step, answered every question I have had. Dr. Piccone performed my surgery and made sure I got all of my information at the follow up. I'm currently going there for my second pregnancy and I have Been able to get every appointment time that I needed, and have had thorough time with my doctors to get any of my questions answered"

"I have been a patient in this office since 1998. The practice delivered both of my children, and now my first grandchild. Ever since Jefferson bought the practice, their customer service has gone downhill. They never answer the phone - it's impossible to get in touch with the staff to schedule an appointment or ask a nurse a question. The only reason I am still with the practice is because I have an established relationship with Dr. Rappe. Although, given the experience my daughter had during her pregnancy and the current lack of customer service, I think it's time to find a new practice."
