"I’d give this shop a ten star if I could. I came to Jill with a request to show me how to quilt with my recently purchased (from another shop in Ohio) used baby lock embroidery machine. Without a second of hesitation she scheduled me a time for a private lesson. Jills’ teaching skills were amazing as she quickly recognized I am a visual learner so she started drawing pictures to help me understand. She patiently answered my many questions. Only one interruption came during my education - a phone call from her roving repairman calling from a longarm machine customers house. He was off servicing the too big to bring into the store machines. How great is her customer service. I left with my new knowledge on my sewing machine and have finished several of my UFO’s. I can assure you this is the place to go with any quilting/sewing need or issue. I know I’ll be going back often."
"Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Had a machine repaired. Robert was very kind and knowledgeable. Fixed it quickly. Always friendly and helpful. I drive 2 plus hours to get service from them and it is very much so worth it!"
"This past week my wife's Innova Long Arm Quilter completely locked up after suffering a needle breaking and lodging in the bobbin region. This resulted in a situation that had multiple facets, and remained frustratingly unresolved even after over 20 hours of attempts by us and other knowledgeable individuals. After days of frustration, we called Ta Da. Even though they were not open, we left a message and shortly thereafter received a call back and were able to schedule a service call the following day. They were very polite and understanding on the phone. The following day Robert appeared as promised, and from the outset politely listened to our scenario. His calm, confident manner was reassuring; this was nothing that flustered him in the least as he methodically went through his evaluation of the machine identifying and addressing the multiple problems we suspected. But here is what made this an excellent experience that is so different from the ordinary, throughout the whole multi-hour adventure Robert patiently explained everything about the terminology, the operational aspects, and the associated problems and their solutions as he addressed each issue. From our first contact, the kind, compassionate concern and professionalism was comforting. Robert's patient professional manner in thoroughly and methodically addressing both our immediate issues, as well as other preexisting ones, was very reassuring. What really made this special was the fact he took the time to explain and teach us about the machine and the potential issues that could develop in different situations. We are eternally grateful for everything, and we recommend Ta Da and Robert without hesitation or reservation. Sincerely and with gratitude, Cindy and Evie Pins & Needles Artisan Quilting"
"Jill is my hero! My Baby Lock Presto suddenly started throwing errors codes and wouldn't work. It's my backup machine and the one I use when I need a walking foot. I have a project deadline coming up and really need the walking foot. Even though I bought it from the previous area dealer, Jill dropped what she was doing and fixed it on the spot. It was a simple fix for her and I am so grateful for her knowledge and expertise. PS: Her longarm work is amazing and I've also taken her longarm class. She is a great teacher and gives you the support you need to finish your projects!"
"I've been away from quilting a number of years and stopped in to Ta Da Quilting Studio to find help beginning a quilt. Jill was so helpful and encouraging, and I left feeling all was possible, and with all I needed to make a quilt for my first grandchild!! I returned to show off what I had made, and felt supported by this wonderful quilter community."
