"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a disgrace and so are the owners and some staff members. They are abusive in all forms, do not follow state guidelines and my kids were constantly sick because they do not clean and intermingle children of all ages, against state regulations. Apparently, the only thing they are decent at, is fooling parents. DO NOT send your children here. I have a letter from the state confirming my reports of their abuse after a 2 month long investigation and an additional 72 pages of details of abuse stories from other parents and former staff. They've been reported to several levels of authority many, many times and have been cited. Unfortunately, PA laws are not strict enough. Your child will be so terrified of them, they wont speak or act themselves so their abusive, uneducated and low IQ level staff (some) and directors will tell you to have them evaluated. They are actually the ones that need to be evaluated and should NOT be licensed to “care for" any children."
