Captain Hook's Playroom

"This rating is an easy 10 out of 10. This location not only has friendly staff but the facility is very clean, modernized, and provides a safe and fun environment to enjoy. I was greeted by Lexi at the front door. She was not only an absolute pleasure during our interaction, but she could be seen engaging with the kids (including mine) in the playroom, tidying up and involved rather than sitting behind the desk area. A few things that stuck out to me is the seating. Instead of placing random furniture throughout the room like a typical indoor playroom. The design of the cushioned bench located alongside the back of the wall was very convenient, comfortable and gave you access to the whole room. There is also a tabletop area which you can use as a work station with a laptop which also gives you eyes on the whole room as well. The playroom features unique themed areas inside and the toys were very well kept along with the restrooms. I also had an opportunity to meet the owner Hailey and her son. She is a gem to say the least, genuine, kind and engaging. We had a great first visit that I felt it was necessary to leave a review. We will hands down be back. Thank you Lexi and Hailey for the warm welcome and fun experience."

"We had my daughter’s first birthday at Captain Hook’s playroom earlier today. It was actually my first time seeing the space (I booked it blindly) and was so pleasantly surprised! The space was clean, the support person was so kind and helpful, and the party was stress-free and so much fun. All of the kids had a blast. And we were allowed to bring in adult beverages, which was a bonus for the parents! Highly recommend!"

"We had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party at Captain Hook’s playroom! Right when we walked in to set up our party host Nidia was cleaning and it smelled so good! She helped us set up and did everything between decorations, greeting our guests, handing out pizza/food drinks etc. She was amazing! My birthday girl had the best time, it was frozen themed and the whole time Frozen music was playing. All the guests played the whole time and did not want to leave. We also go and play there on some week days! Great place to have your parties."

"My 3 year old son & I have played here many times now and we love it! The place is soo clean and the owners/ladies who work there are super friendly and sweet. Lots of fun supplies for the different play stations. We recently went to their Spiderman party and it was awesome. Met spiderman, got to take pictures/play, crafts, and pizza, cupcakes, water, juice, and a little party favor all included! Highly recommend :)"

"We had my sons second birthday here and Hailey was an amazing party host! She made sure everything ran perfectly and smoothly! Such an amazing place for a birthday party! We love it at Captain Hooks Playroom and will definitely be back for regular play!!!"
