"Mauro Id number 3508 needs to have his calls listed to. The store told me the order wasn't there. As in can't find it in the system. I show them the online order and they made no effort to even see if they had the items and to cancel this order. Said I needed to call so I do. Mind you I left work early to make it there before an appointment. Now using my break to call them and they say they can cancel and I can either order to the store again and wait or have it shipped at shipping cost. Why would I pay more for something I just ordered. He then said if I was in store now I could do it. The store didn't tell me that."
