"I thought the store was bright and welcoming, however very inconvenient when coupon information was not in the system that was earned. I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time."

"Excellent clean store. Visited here last week to look for jeans for my ever growing Son. The Carters near me didn’t have his size and online they were all out. Found a great huge selection of his size 8 & 10/12 here as well as some other extras for my daughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful with what we were looking for."

"This place doesnt even desserve a one star review. Stood in line for who knows how long to return things from our shower, took Dana 30 minutes to scan everything and by everything I mean the maybe 10-15 articles of clothing we had. To then tell me she couldnt find a sku for a rabbit, fine told her I would just take it. Not worth 15 more minutes of trying to figure out. Finally get to the end of the transaction to tell me I have to spend the money today since I didnt have receipts. I was already there for who knows how long, I am not staying and shopping. You mean you couldnt let me know that ahead of time that I would have to spend the money right then and there.... waited until the end to tell me. So please explain why I couldnt get a gift card and come back some other day when I had more time or wasting time to return stuff for that long. Ill never shop here again, id rather give the carter's clothes away then shop there. First and last time."

"You've got to love Carter's! Had the pleasure of going with my daughter and granddaughter to outfit her in her new 12 month size clothes. Wonderful selection of absolutely adorable outfits and separates for the fashionable baby girl and as we shopped during a half price sale, the prices were incredible! My gorgeous grandbaby will be the talk of the diaper set. Will absolutely return!"
