"My family entered the store on Black Friday, and we experienced some of the worst service you can find in a store. There was only one open changing room. The single other fitting room was closed. We waited in the checkout line for well over thirty minutes, while the two clerks ran a single register at the counter. I absolutely would not recommend this store. Their low quality clothes and horrible service leaves the customer regretting their decision to shop at such a disorganized establishment."

"They don’t do exchange the sizes if it’s not fit! Even if you have receipt they just refuse it! Just because it doesn’t have a tag. Wait, when you wear these clothes on your child you remove the tag from it! Otherwise how you can you try on it? The exchange the size of 1 item just because there was no tag on it! What’s the receipt for then? Carter’s, H&M, American eagle gap, never refuse the exchange the size even if you don’t have tags! Never going back and buy something from this place anymore!!! And the service was horrible, there were just two attendants, we were 4 in the cashier line and one of the attendants decided to go back the store for 10 min without reason and explanation to everyone and we were waiting to someone to attend us."

"I am thirteen years old and went shopping with my grandmother and aunt from China. I purchased size 14 clothing totaling $30. Upon returning home, I was unable to fit the clothes. It took me a little over a week to get a ride from Oh to Pa to return the items. My aunt used her MasterCard, which is now back in China. I could not produce the card obviously and the cashier, person in charge of the store would only refund me a gift card. I explained that I am unable to wear any of the clothing and wanted the cash to purchase something somewhere else. They refused. My mom has contacted several customer service people with everyone (foreign and domestic) spitting out the same policy. I understand the policy and if I could get the card from China I would. My mom is writing the board for the company and the CEO. I just wanted to post my dissatisfaction and lack of human decency to give me back my $20 so I could buy another piece of clothing for school."
