"Tried this place for months, and was extremely disappointed. Rude and in different attitude of the therapists, The front desk woman is rude too. Came in early for a session once and there was two therapists with one patient in the room. They kept me waiting for an hour! When I finally started, they put just ice on me and made me sit there for 15 minutes, while doing their computer work. That was pretty much standard procedure. I would just be given the same exercises over and over and they would walk away telling me to do a bunch of reps while they sat on the computer talked to someone else. It's a place to go for apathetic. And directionless therapists. I honestly feel like I was just wasted my time there. Finding somewhere else."

"Front desk receptionist I believe her name was Holly. She was very rude from the moment my fiancé walked into the office, she sucks as a front desk and is not professional at all. He is unable to work for acouple weeks and needed a letter that states that for his employer and she did everything in her power to not give us the note. She hung up on us acouple times when we called in to question her about the note. I will never recommend this office to anyone"

"Doctor Osterman is the best highly educated and so caring he is a amazing doctor who listened to any concerns that you may have he repaired my finger after the first surgeon didn't do a good job in extending my finger.
