"I am a new patient to this office, and I am extremely sorry that I chose this office as my primary care. The office appointment wait is unbelievable and unreadonable. There is no privacy between each office visit. You can hear each other’s personal medical info and the answering service is always on. You cannot get immediate help at all. I am not happy with this place and I will be switching primary care physicians as soon as possible"
"Don’t even know where to begin when it comes to the incompetence of most of the people in this place. The worst doctor’s office I’ve been, and I have a pcp assigned by my insurance; I’ve never seen that doctor ever."
"While Dr. Liu is personally great, it is absolutely impossible to communicate with the office. There was a mistake made with a prescription that I've been on for over 15 years (which is fine, mistakes happen!) However, I have spoken to four different people trying to fix it, all of whom have said different and inconsistent things and none of whom have been able to help. Several have suggested that I simply must wait multiple weeks for a telemedicine appointment, rather that conveying a message to the doctor that would allow me to get my long term medication in a timely fashion. I think the practice outsources its phone answering to an off-site location, adding further confusion."
"Very hard to reach. If you have a problem they won’t discuss your results with you until 2-3 months later when whatever problem you had is gone by the time they reach you for treatment. Don’t expect to reach them in emergency matters because you won’t get an appointment until 3-4 weeks later, let alone a phone call with the doctors themselves. They are not accessible, and brush you off when they are. They don’t care, or they will belittle you for the reasons you came in. Doctors/staff are unprofessional."
"Pros: Dr. Li is a really good doctor, she helped cured my illness, and help me understands all of my concerns. She is very patient with her explanations. I would like to add, the doctor that was shadowing Dr. Li was very nice as well, she was very patient and try her best to explain into details of my test results. Very patient and listen to all of my concerns and try her best to include all the details, she was very helpful and caring. Cons: Cons are the front desk, have an attitude when it comes to answering a simple questions. Wasn’t very patient and nice when answering simple question like, “Can you provide a nearby address for another Urgent Care place other than the one in 69th Streets?” Another con is one of the nurse in the lab, gave an attitude and was not patient when answering a question like, “I just want to reassure if my appointment was at this time or not.” Also, the nurse was not very nice, she was shouting and having an attitude to the doctor that was shadowing Dr. Li, whom was trying to helped me."
