"I was suggested a Vape right before New Year's and Shortly after I purchased it, it started to make sounds like it was about to blow up and started Leaking liquid out the Vape itself. I called up there to see they could exchange it out for me and they stated it was policy. However if you selling a product that you know is notorious for this exact issue ( which the clerk whom I spoke to acknowledged, this was a known issue for that particular brand of vapes ) why would you not take fault and replace the product or stop selling bad products to people. That is bad business. I was ripped off and I will not be returned back to this vape shop. Any other establishment whom I've purchased vapes from and have experienced this issues were more than happy to replace this product, for no other purpose than customer satisfaction. Especially if you have proof of purchase. I hadn't even had the product longer than 3 days. SMH completely disappointed."
