"Safeway partial filled a prescription without consulting with me first. They gave me a 4 day supply and did not tell me I was waiting for the res . I had to go to my Dr. Office and work with him to find out what happened. 10 days later they STILL did not have the rest. I asked them before I dropped it off if they had it. They said YES. There was zero communication on their end. Then they did not cancel it as my doctor told them too. I had to call them and tell them again what they did and to cancel it as my doctor stated. Will NEVER go there again."

"Terrible customer service!! Went in on September 2nd about 10-15 min before they close apparently. The woman was so rude; she CLEARLY didn’t want to help me and snapped to say these won’t be done today because they close in 10 min. I said shoot, I would them filled today so I’ll need them back and she just tossed the scripts right back to me and walked away. Wish I got her name, but she left a terrible first impression. I realize you don’t want to do it and I’m a ‘bother’ to you but, at least be somewhat contrite or hell even fake it!!"
"I’m not sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but I have always found them to be prompt, professional, and above all else, caring. If you have to wait a while, it’s not because they’re sitting around doing nothing. You may not realize this, but pharmacy technicians actually have other work to do! My only gripe is with the male staff member. He seems completely aloof, and his giving me false information more than once. But Andrea and Amy are absolutely amazing. And that you work so often the chances are you’ll deal with them."
