"It is one of the most solid places in York for consistency. I've eaten here probably close to 50 times, and the food is always high quality. I can only recall 1 time when the food hasnt been up to par, and when I called it out, it was fixed immediately. I've tried many of the dishes, all delicious! You really can't go wrong. Brian and Becky are my favorite, but all of the servers/bartenders are great. It is obvious that there is a high standard set for this establishment."

"We LOVE this restaurant!!! This is absolutely "our place" as my boyfriend said recently. This is out go to restaurant with a great atmosphere, fantastic service and amazingly delicious food. We LOVE the steak here the most and we always get such great service. The waiter we had the last time we were there was fantastic! His name is Kellum and we will definitely be asking for him in the future. He was fun, funny, was very attentive to our needs, constantly checking on us to make sure that we had everything we needed, and made sure that everything was just right. I'm not sure what the bartender's name is, but the bartender we had the last two times we were there was fantastic! Not only were the drinks delicious, but he understood my allergy to artificial sweeteners and made sure that whatever drinks he prepared for me were free of artificial sweeteners. He even modified a drink recipe using a different type of liquor to ensure that I would not be exposed to artificial sweeteners. It's that attention to detail and the fact that they care that much about their customers that will definitely keep us coming back time and time again. We love this place so much! If you have not been to Crimson American Grill, you need to go. You'll see what we mean from your very first experience. It's that good! Oh and make sure you try the specials if something catches your eye. I wasn't sure how they would do with enchiladas, but the enchiladas I had this weekend we're amazing! I'm about to go eat my leftovers now and I can't wait!"

"We eat here quiet frequently, and usually enjoy our meal. But for my birthday last week, our steaks were completely raw. We order them to be well done.. And everything was just disgusting. I will probably never return because it seems like they have really gone downhill. I could have gone up the street to Jackie. B's for way cheaper and got better food. I do not recommend."

"It's a nice place for an after work meal. Atmosphere inside is typical but they do have an outside patio area that is nicely done. We went for happy hour and the prices were reasonable. The apps were good tasting but looked more like something you would get at a chain restaurant. The fried cheese curds were lacking especially if you had to pay full price. Entrees were good and a tad over priced. Our server was doing double duty as with waiting our table and bartending. He was moving and was very attentive. Drinks and service are the highlights here. The hurricane was the best."
