"My doctor here is wonderful but the front desk staff is terrible. Last time I went for an annual I was told to wait for 45 minutes and after 2 hours of not being seen I left. Every time I call I’m placed on hold for an hour and when someone finally answers they always manage to hang up/disconnect requiring me to call back and wait on hold again. When you try to book an appointment they tell you they’re booked out a month and then never call you back with an appointment. It is absolutely impossible to be seen at this office."

"I love the K.O.P Office and my Dr there. Love Michelle Barcus!!!! But here in East Norriton.. this place is unbelievable. My appt was for 10:30 it's now 12:00 I've been here an hour and a half. This is absolutely ridiculous! No one should have to wait this long for a procedure to be done. We have lives and spending all day at the Drs isn't on that agenda! This isn't the first time either that this has happened. Horrible time management"

"Every time I have been to this office I was forced to sit and wait for a hr or more after driving 45 mins to get there! This office is horrible and has horrible time management skills I would give 0 starts if I could. And the staff don’t care either there is no reason why you should sit for 45 mins in a room with nobody checking in on you and as I’m leaving the nurse Anna goes to tell me the nurse will be and as I go to tell her I have kids at home she says “go ahead”. Absolutely the worst drs office experience ever and my other appointment I was waiting for my pre op appointment and waited for 45 mins in the waiting room and another half hr in the room before dr.park came in just to have me sign a form and leave it’s absolutely horrible a waist of a day and gas!!!!!!!"
