"BUYER BEWARE Contacted agent on July 10. Received a quote (with promise of other quotes from various agencies) on July 11. Did not receive the other quotes, emailed a day later and was informed Erie quote was cheapest without seeing other quotes. After having questions answered on July 20th decided to add renters insurance as well. Quotes were not attached until July 21st. Accepted both quotes on 25 July to start coverage on the 8th of August 2017. Bank account information was provided to agent on 25 July after having to prod for the attachments again. Questions normally asked about driver history during quoting process were not addressed until August 4th after bank account information was provided and cancellation of current policy at other firm already set to take place. Emailed agent today August 7th asking when my insurance card would be available as my policy was set to start tomorrow August 8th. Was then forwarded a message in the afternoon stating I was denied coverage by the underwriter due to a minor accident that occurred nearly three years ago (less than my deductible in damages) and told to come back in January. NO phone call. NO contact prior to me asking where my card was! There was very minimal communication and very little concern for their customers. Had to call my last agent and get my insurance reinstated prior to midnight tonight. (Thankfully that company is amazing and the agents actually answer your calls/emails same day same hour!) I will NEVER do business with this company again. They had plenty of time to collect my information and inform me to look elsewhere. Instead they took all my banking information (which I'm currently fretting about and will be watching like a hawk) and conned me into believing I had coverage. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They are beyond unprofessional."
