"Had recently gone to there to get ready for a colonoscopy the doctor refused to follow through with my colonoscopy until I got a test done with my cardiologist after scheduling the test with the cardiologist and having it done the cardiologist gave his approval this is three months later mind you they didn't want to do the test because of the Anastasia I told the doctor and the nurses several times I prefer to have the test without Anastasia anyway but they refused to do it the way I wanted after scheduling the test I asked my insurance if the test was okay if it was covered they said yes I called the doctor office to make sure the Anastasiagist was covered under my insurance they took me they didn't know I asked them if they could find out they refused to check with the hospital to get the mpi number so I would check with my insurance so I didn't receive a bill for out of network billing I was told very rudely it was up to me and call the hospital and find out very rudely they are the doctor the hospital wouldn't give me the information"
