"Beth made an appointment using the phone prompts but it didn't show up at Quest. Had to sign in as a walk in. So 4 stars for that. But the phlebotomist she talked to took her right in and was done in no time. And the needle stick site is just a tiny pink dot. Excellent! She would like to give her a 5 star commendation but doesn't remember her name. 6-20-23 at 12:30 1st room on the left. Hope that helps them find her."

"Second time in for a fasting appointment. Seem unable to communicate with the doctor ordering. When a patient arrives seems to be the first time they check to see if there’s anything they need - which is too late (or too early in this case) to get the information needed. I understand this is the absolute lowest cost way for this lab work to be done, but I they routinely fall short of that. Staff was friendly, but I’d recommend going somewhere besides Quest."

"These kinds of places we visit are mostly not in a great mood. We are coming here forced by the circumstances related to our health. I personally experienced a situation when I had to use the services of this laboratory regularly each week. Sometimes my doctor sent the orders to the other laboratories and that is why I could compare my experience here with at least two different places.I would like to sincerely attest this place as the best in this kind of service. It is very easy to make an appointment here; there are no bureaucratic hurdles to sign in and to register at the arrival. Always clean, neat with sanitizers widely available. However the asset of this lab is definitely people who are working here. Debby and Bertha are two beautiful, kind, friendly and experienced medical professionals who helped me to overcome the situation that brought me here. Each of the listed above qualities of these women most definitely make a difference in our lives. They always smile, they are always welcoming, they do their job painlessly and thoughtfully. Without asking any questions from their experience they always know why we come here, they know what we feel, what we need and make it as easy and simple for us as possible.Personally I always feel here like I am among my family members: kind, caring close relatives who genuinely love me as a human being created as all we are, by God.Thank you Debby and Bertha for the great care, for being there for me and all us for your wonderful souls that did not callus for many years of dealing with different people, sometimes not in the best mood under the pressure of circumstances.  Thank you Quest Diagnostics for having such good workers on your staff."
